The Journey to Gold
The inspiration for “7, 8 Gute Nacht” came from our love for crafting stouts that not only deliver bold flavors but are also surprisingly easy to drink. We set out to create a beer that combines the richness of a classic American Stout with an unexpectedly dry finish, making it approachable and enjoyable. At 6.7% ABV, this stout strikes the perfect balance between strength and drinkability.
What sets “7, 8 Gute Nacht” apart is its subtle American hop flavor and aroma, which adds an extra layer of complexity without overpowering the roasted malt character.
